Senior Legal Officer at PWAN Stars

About the Role

PWAN Stars seeks a dedicated Senior Legal Officer to provide comprehensive legal support and advisory services across the organization. This position is based in Lekki (Ajah/Sangotedo area) and offers the opportunity to shape legal strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory to management and various departments
• Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Oversee property transactions, title verification, and regulatory compliance
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external solicitors
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
• Ensure the company adheres to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Offer guidance on employment matters, corporate governance, and commercial negotiations
• Review risks and provide proactive legal solutions

Required Qualifications

• LL.B and B.L with a minimum of 5 years post-call experience
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Experience

• Experience in corporate/commercial law
• Experience in real estate law
