• Alternatively: PhD Degree from a relevant research institute with substantial research experience, plus six (6) publication points, of which four (4) must be from reputable journals
• Minimum of Second Class Lower Degree (in addition to postgraduate qualifications)
• Registered member of relevant professional bodies
• Computer literate
