Requirements

• PhD or equivalent qualification
• Minimum three (3) years of university teaching experience as Lecturer I or Librarian I
• Admissible publications totaling not less than forty-five (45)
• Citation count of not less than 10
• Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• Minimum three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
• Minimum three (3) points in Community Service
• Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum nine (9) publications as an up-to-date member of professional organization(s)
• Visible profile on Google Scholar or Research Gate with citation count of not less than 10
