About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Federal University of Technology, Minna as a Senior Lecturer in Estate Management and Valuation.

Requirements

• PhD Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience as Lecturer I
• Six (6) publication points, with at least four (4) from reputable journals

OR

• PhD degree from a relevant research institute with substantial research experience
• Six (6) publication points, with at least four (4) from reputable journals

Additionally, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of Second Class Lower degree (in addition to postgraduate qualification)
• Registered member of relevant professional bodies
• Computer literate

Salary and Conditions

Salary Grade: CONUASS 5

Conditions of Service: Same as those obtained in other Federal Universities in Nigeria
