• Minimum of three (3) years University teaching experience as Lecturer I
• Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications
• Minimum citation count of 10
• Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• Minimum three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
• Minimum three (3) points in Community Service
• Active membership in relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum of nine (9) publications as a current member
• Visible profile on Google Scholar or ResearchGate with minimum citation count of 10
