• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or appropriate related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of university teaching and research experience
• Strong publication record with a minimum of twelve (12) peer-reviewed scholarly works, of which at least five (5) must be published in foreign indexed journals
• Evidence of postgraduate supervision experience
• Demonstrated administrative contributions to the institution
• Minimum of two (2) years of service at Lecturer I level (where applicable)
• Demonstrated impact in teaching, research, and community engagement
