Required Qualifications & Experience

• Ph.D. Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration
• At least 7 publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals
• Demonstrated record of continuous research activity
• Proven ability to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Active affiliation with a professional body in the relevant field

• Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office Packages
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools such as MS Teams
