Requirements

• PhD or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of three (3) years university teaching experience as Lecturer I or equivalent
• Minimum of forty-five (45) admissible publications
• Minimum citation count of 10
• Forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• Minimum of three (3) points in Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibility
• Minimum of three (3) points in Community Service
• Current membership in relevant professional body/bodies
• Minimum of nine (9) publications as a professional member
• Visible research profile on Google Scholar or ResearchGate with minimum citation count of 10
