Senior Laboratory Analyst

Role Overview - We are seeking an experienced Senior Laboratory Analyst to coordinate laboratory operations, conduct advanced analytical testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead process improvement initiatives within our operations. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and supervise complex analytical and physical chemistry tests in line with SOPs. - Oversee sample preparation, analysis, and results validation. - Ensure equipment calibration, reagent control, and laboratory compliance with ISO, DPR, FMEnV, and NESREA standards. - Lead, mentor, and support laboratory staff. - Drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes and data quality. - Prepare and present analytical reports to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: - BSc / MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field with - 6–8 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR). - Experience with quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and laboratory accreditation. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
