## Title: Senior Information Technology and Business Intelligence Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join a health insurance agency in a senior capacity.

Coordinate IT personnel tasks to ensure servers are running at all times and that the latest security updates are installed
Ensure all network-related and security policies are implemented and followed as outlined in ICT and IS policy documents
Manage and control access to all database systems within the organisation, ensuring that only authorised users can access databases (both internal and external/third-party users)
Ensure regular backups of all databases are performed
Monitor network bandwidth and plan and implement the most feasible solutions for optimal usage
Manage and coordinate IT personnel to ensure all user support tickets are addressed within stipulated SLA times
Manage and develop manuals for standardization of procedures and data quality control
Ensure that all user manuals, procedures, and policies are up to date and available to users at all times
Manage third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with stipulated SLAs
Manage data governance and maximise data quality
Conduct business intelligence using data and establish business performance metrics
Maintain data security and privacy standards
Present monthly reports showing IP address activity logs, user and feature trends, and other relevant metrics

Minimum of eight years of experience, with at least five years in Information Technology Management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Relevant professional certification (e.g. MCSE, MS SQL Server, Oracle DB)
Experience in system development, database design, development, maintenance, and security
