Senior ICT Professional

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior ICT Professional to lead technology initiatives within a real estate organization. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning technology with business goals, ensuring that IT systems support property management, customer relationship management, data analytics, and secure transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee servers, networks, cloud systems, and ensure uptime for critical applications
• Implement and maintain real estate-specific software including CRM, ERP, and property listing platforms
• Manage databases and generate insights on property trends, customer behavior, and financial performance
• Protect sensitive client and transaction data from breaches and fraud through robust cybersecurity measures
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI-driven property valuation, virtual tours, and smart building systems
• Coordinate with software vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Mentor junior IT staff, establish standards, and foster innovation across the organization

Required Qualifications
