Senior HR Operations Lead

Your Role - Own end-to-end HR service delivery for assigned clients - Serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor - Lead HR operations, including compliance, documentation, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding - Supervise and guide junior HR resources where applicable - Ensure high-quality, timely, and professional delivery across all engagements - Proactively identify HR risks and improvement opportunities for clients - Contribute to improving and standardising HR systems and processes What We’re Looking For - 5–6 years of hands-on HR operations experience (SME or consulting experience is a strong advantage) - Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices - Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership - Excellent written and verbal communication - Confident judgement, professionalism, and discretion - Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple clients
