## Title: Senior HR Administration Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Administration Officer to join Instant Tailoring Services Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in transforming our fashion production business into a disciplined, structured, and performance-managed operation within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise company artisans, including tailors and monogram operators
- Implement SOPs, Code of Conduct, attendance, punctuality, and accountability measures
- Create systems to promote staff collective work, accountability, and productivity
- Act as HR gatekeeper, responsible for recruitment, hiring, documentation, probation, onboarding, and employee relations
- Track daily production output, job costing, and expense approvals
- Schedule regular training and team meetings to align staff with company goals
- Build a structure with supervisors/team leads to reduce operational inefficiencies
- Submit weekly performance reports directly to the CEO
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR professional in a manufacturing or production setting
- Experience working with blue-collar workers/artisans in a factory or production environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; ability to speak Yoruba or Pidgin is an advantage
- High level of personal integrity, with the ability to balance company culture, staff relations, and HR best practices
