Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and full operational direction for the Abuja business unit
• Oversee all projects from concept to completion, ensuring top-tier quality and timely delivery
• Build and strengthen relationships with investors, government bodies, partners, and stakeholders
• Drive market expansion, revenue growth, and competitive positioning
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost-optimization
• Lead and mentor high-caliber teams across technical, commercial, and administrative departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety policies, and quality benchmarks
• Represent the brand with professionalism and authority in all strategic engagements
• Anticipate market shifts and evolve business strategy to maintain leadership position

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15+ years in senior leadership roles within real estate development, construction, or related industries
• Deep expertise in real estate development and large-scale construction
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and profitability
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, create strategic alliances, and engage with high-level investors
• Mastery in leadership, building culture, accountability, and performance excellence
