Senior Frontend Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Frontend Developer with experience building applications for banking, payment processing, or financial services. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical frontend skills with a solid understanding of financial industry requirements to create secure, compliant, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces for financial applications
• Connect frontend elements to backend financial systems through API integration
• Implement secure authentication and data handling practices appropriate for financial applications
• Create dashboards and visualizations for financial data and transactions
• Ensure interfaces meet financial industry compliance requirements
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate payment processing functionality
• Test and optimize applications for performance and security

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend development experience
• Proven experience working on financial applications (banking, payment processing, fintech)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Knowledge of integrating with financial APIs and payment gateways
• Understanding of financial data visualization techniques
• Familiarity with security best practices for financial applications
• Experience implementing responsive design for various devices
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Based in Nigeria with ability to work remotely
