An established company is recruiting for the following position. - We are seeking a highly experienced & strategic Senior Financial Officer to support the Group CFO in overseeing the financial operations of the holding company & its subsidiaries. - This role is ideal for a finance leader with a strong background in financial reporting, strategic planning, & regulatory compliance within the financial services industry. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred. - Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) is required. - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within insurance or financial services. - Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial regulations, & corporate finance principles. - Proven experience in group-level financial management and strategic planning.
