Senior Finance Executive

About the Role

Redwire Marketing Consulting seeks a dedicated Senior Finance Executive to manage the company's financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes. In this role, you will ensure financial accuracy, provide strategic insights to support decision-making, and maintain strong financial controls to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making insights
• Monitor expenses and identify cost control opportunities
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Improve financial processes, systems, and controls
• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years' proven experience in finance or accounting, with senior-level exposure
