Senior Facility Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - The Senior Facility Supervisor will provide strategic oversight and leadership for Facility Supervisors implementing the project across multiple health facilities. - This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of project activities, strengthening supervisory systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting adherence to clinical and digital health protocols. - The Senior Facility Supervisor will act as a key link between facility-level operations and project leadership, ensuring consistent standards in maternal health monitoring, including preeclampsia and other pregnancy-related conditions. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in health sciences, biological sciences, public health, or a related discipline. - Additional certifications in health, project management, monitoring and evaluation, or digital health are an added advantage.
