Senior Executive Warehouse

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. - Keeping records of items shipped, received from the project site, or transferred to other warehouse locations. - Ensure effective stock management through proper documentation. - Implement intelligent monitoring to minimize stock discrepancies. - Prepare management and inventory reports on warehouse activities. - Conduct branch stock analysis to support data-driven decision-making and interbase transfer. - Perform stock audit exercises to verify physical inventory against system records and resolve variances promptly. - To find, sort, or move goods within different parts of the warehouse. - To compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory. - To ensure the store is well organized and to maintain the neatness and tidiness of the warehouse. - To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity & any specific condition. - To develop and implement a (proactive) tools maintenance program. - To ensure that maintenance reports are drafted properly. - To ensure goods which goes out and come in from time to time are tracked properly. - To ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse - To input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and to check for accuracy. - To ensure that all tool maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines. - Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents) Requirements: - B.Sc. / HND in Accounting/Data Analytics  - 2 - 3 years post-NYSC experience - Must have excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
