This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a key role in the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems related to Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) and other navigational aids.

The ideal candidate should be able to quickly acquire expertise in AGL, ensure strict compliance with aviation standards, and successfully manage complex projects in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) and associated control systems in line with ICAO/FAA standards
• Oversee project delivery from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and safety
• Manage troubleshooting and maintenance programs to ensure continuous system reliability and minimal downtime
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's degree or certification in AGL systems is an advantage)
• Years of experience in electrical engineering, with focus on airfield ground lighting or related systems; aviation sector experience is preferred
• COREN certification required; additional professional licenses are an advantage
• Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB)
• Solid knowledge of international aviation standards and regulations (ICAO, FAA)
