Senior E-commerce Operations Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. As Senior E-commerce Operations Executive, you will oversee daily e-commerce operations and drive strategic initiatives to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order management and fulfillment
• Ensure accurate inventory control and optimization
• Enhance the customer shopping experience across all online channels
• Manage and develop online sales strategies
• Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer service in the e-commerce space

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in e-commerce operations with focus on driving revenue and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and performance data effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and relevant e-commerce technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
