## Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services, increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills with hands-on experience across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development

  • Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Ha-Shem's business goals, product launches, and service offerings (Havis 360, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Outsourcing, Training, etc.)
  • Lead ideation, planning, and production of content for web, social media, blogs, email campaigns, print, and video
  • Oversee editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of relevant and engaging content for target audiences (B2B, B2C, enterprise clients)
  • Develop thought leadership pieces, case studies, whitepapers, and product documentation in collaboration with technical and sales teams

Creative Direction & Asset Production

  • Direct the creation of visual assets (graphics, videos, infographics, presentations) that reinforce Ha-Shem's brand identity and messaging
  • Manage in-house and external creative resources (designers, videographers, agencies) to produce high-quality materials for campaigns, events, webinars, and product launches
  • Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and brand guidelines across all platforms

Digital Content Management

  • Oversee website content management (WordPress), ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and alignment with marketing objectives
  • Implement best practices for content distribution via email, push notifications, social media, and mobile apps
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
