About the Role

This is a senior role in the creative department, supporting the execution of high-level design projects while contributing to the overall creative direction. As a Senior Design Associate, you will bring strategic thinking and advanced design skills to deliver impactful visual solutions across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring design excellence and brand alignment.

Design Execution

• Develop high-quality visual concepts and designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling design solutions
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project objectives

Project Support & Coordination

• Work closely with the Creative Lead and other stakeholders to support design needs across various campaigns
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Provide design support across different departments, ensuring brand consistency and high standards

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to create cohesive campaigns
• Communicate design concepts clearly during presentations and internal reviews
• Take feedback constructively and iterate designs based on input from clients and team leads

Mentorship & Team Contribution

• Offer guidance to junior designers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and help elevate the creative output of the department
• Uphold the agency's creative standards and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence

Trend Awareness & Innovation

• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and design techniques
• Introduce fresh perspectives and new approaches to elevate visual storytelling
• Recommend design innovations that improve creative outcomes
