Job Summary

An established company is recruiting a Senior Creative Director, Video & Social Growth to be the visual storyteller and growth engine behind their brand.

Your mission: Create irresistible video and motion content that grabs parents' attention, builds trust, and drives enrollment—all while working primarily through social media and WhatsApp marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Brand Voice

• Develop a compelling visual strategy that showcases fun, high-impact learning programs for kids
• Translate core brand messaging into engaging stories and campaigns that resonate with target audiences

Video & Motion Production

• Conceive, script, film, and edit captivating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Reels, and WhatsApp status/stories
• Produce parent testimonial videos, class highlights, explainer animations, and "day-in-the-life" learning experiences that convert viewers into paying families
• Create quick-turnaround videos and graphics to support flash promos, open houses, and live virtual events

Growth & Funnel Integration

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design WhatsApp-friendly campaigns: short videos, GIFs, and infographics optimized for easy sharing
• Track engagement metrics (views, clicks, inquiries, sign-ups) and iterate content based on performance data
• Support paid ads strategy on Facebook/Instagram to boost conversions

Community Resonance

• Craft culturally relevant narratives that speak to Nigerian and diaspora parents, emphasizing educational excellence and convenience
• Ensure consistent brand look and feel across every social platform and WhatsApp touchpoint

Requirements

• 5+ years in video production, motion graphics, or social-first creative direction (education or edtech experience a plus)
• Proven ability to create high-converting short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp
