Sourcing and Negotiation: - Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. - Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals. Cost Control: - Monitor and manage procurement budgets and costs. - Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Vendor Relationships: - Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers. - Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly.
