Senior Business Development Officer

About the Role

Parkway Project Limited is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for market trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and propose potential business deals, contact potential clients, and discover and explore new opportunities
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and promote teamwork to maximize productivity
• Drive company revenue growth through market research, insights, leverage, and relationship building
• Provide customized solutions based on intimate knowledge of existing and potential products to increase company revenue and position the company as a strategic partner to clients
• Identify and drive effective sales and marketing of all products to existing and potential clients to maximize cross-selling revenues
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, proactively leveraging them to establish loyalty and cross-sell products
• Develop comprehensive sales plans with proper customer segmentation and alignment with sales targets
• Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Knowledge of product management and ability to manage product life cycles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to identify market trends and analyze financial data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
