## Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand the client base through strategic sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions from the company's product portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3–5 years, 5–10 years, or 10+ years of proven experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong background in insurance, fleet management, automobile, financial, retail, commercial, or fintech solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
