About the Role
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to build long-term brand growth and ensure resonance with target audiences. The Senior Brand Manager will conduct market analysis, set brand objectives, manage budgets, lead campaigns, and use data and analytics to track performance and refine strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies, working at the intersection of customer insight, commercial goals, and creative execution
- Oversee the entire marketing campaign lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to objectives
- Conduct market analysis and research to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
- Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to ensure marketing activities align with business priorities
- Manage marketing budgets to achieve set objectives and ensure efficient use of resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand goals are met across all departments
Required Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Marketing, Business Development, or related field
