A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Summary - We are seeking a Senior Associate with 5 years of experience in Law and IP. Responsibilities - Provide IP legal advice, opinions, and related services - Manage law practice and supervise associates/admin staff - Draft, review, and interpret agreements, legal reports, and other documents - Conduct research on case history, legislation, and IP matters - Negotiate, execute, and administer contracts and settlements - Prepare scopes of work, fee estimates, and quotations - Manage work-in-progress, collections, and firm resources - Liaise with clients and professionals on legal matters - Contribute to firm activities and mentor junior staff - Attend trainings, seminars, and professional meetings - Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Attorney.
