## Title: Senior Associate, Enterprise Development Program
Position Summary
The Senior Associate, Enterprise Development Program (EDP) will evaluate the current company lineup compared with competitors' offerings to suggest new product development opportunities. This role supports the development of new markets through innovative products and expanded customer audiences, with a focus on marketing strategy and partnership development from a sales-driven perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CTH's incubation and acceleration portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the sustainability of the EDP
- Develop and promote key program events including:
- Off-grid energy ideation challenge
- Climate Tech Challenge
- Clean Tech Pitch contest
- Bootcamps
- Develop partnerships with hubs to execute enterprise development programs, hackathons, and pitchathons
- Develop accurate data metrics that track the performance of incubates from the EDP
- Analyze market trends and company strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Drive business development initiatives, including developing opportunities and proposals related to Energy Access
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including reporting on campaign metrics, tracking performance data, and evaluating impact towards building resilience
- Assist with proposal writing and fundraising activities
- Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value and increase company revenue
- Identify and evaluate new suitable business partners and funding partners
- Manage grant applications and grant management processes
- Assist with campaign-based operations and logistics as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
- Proven track record with 3–4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
