Senior Associate (Corporate, Commercial and Finance Law) at International Energy Services Limited (IESL)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our expanding practice. You will take on a leadership role in managing complex transactions and providing strategic legal advisory services in corporate finance, project finance, and commercial law.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead complex transactions and advisory mandates
• Draft and negotiate financing, security, and commercial agreements
• Advise on regulatory compliance and deal structuring
• Manage due diligence processes and stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer
• Qualified to practice law in Nigeria and member of the Nigerian Bar Association
• Proven legal experience in corporate finance, project finance, and corporate & commercial law

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Law
