Summary - We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate with minimum of 7 years Post Qualification Experience in corporate finance, project finance, and corporate & commercial law to join our growing practice. Main Responsibilities - Lead complex transactions and advisory mandates - Draft and negotiate financing, security & commercial agreements - Advise on regulatory compliance and deal structuring - Manage due diligence and stakeholders. Job Requirements - A degree in Law is required. - A master's degree or a Ph.D. in Law will be an added advantage. - Must be qualified to practise as a lawyer in Nigeria and be a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. - Minimum of 7 years' post-call experience - Legal experience in corporate finance, project finance, and corporate & commercial law.
