Senior Art Director for Creative & Content at BrandEye Media

About the Role

Join a dynamic, expanding team as a Senior Art Director for Creative & Content. You will work across multiple business units (BrandEye, Brainbox, and DigiBreed) to develop innovative creative strategies and deliver exceptional design work that drives strategic and campaign objectives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on design and creative briefs across all assigned clients and brands to achieve set strategic and campaign objectives
• Develop creative strategies and innovative ideas for business functions and managed brands, ensuring timely implementation
• Deliver assigned tasks by business units and brands in a timely manner and at the expected output level
• Manage all client and agency creative assets to ensure adherence to standard guidelines
• Ensure prompt delivery of invoicing and maintain savings and planned billing trackers as shared by Finance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across key accounts; attend meetings with priority clients requiring creative and production services
• Participate in internal and collaborative brainstorm sessions, creative and content development, ideation planning sessions, and tissue sessions to determine brands' creative directions and winning ideas
• Safekeep all creative materials, brand books, and vital creative assets belonging to clients and the agency
• Deliver creatives in line with client briefs and needs, working across business units to provide creative support
• Conduct research to identify new tools and techniques for developing client-focused creatives that support business unit needs
• Schedule regular meetings with clients to generate meaningful suggestions and ideas that improve agency offerings and strengthen client-agency relationships
• Deliver innovative ideas that enhance client satisfaction and agency excellence
