About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this position. The Senior Architect plays a key leadership role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of real estate development projects. This position involves overseeing architectural design from feasibility to completion, ensuring projects meet functional, aesthetic, financial, and regulatory goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Develop design concepts, master plans, and schematic designs aligned with project goals and market requirements
• Review and approve detailed drawings, design documentation, and material specifications
• Review and integrate input from stakeholders, investors, and clients
• Liaise with local authorities to secure planning and building approvals
• Ensure adherence to national and local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Integrate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies in projects

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Licensed Architect (preferred or required depending on region)
• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead design role within the real estate or property development sector
• Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, and construction processes
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.)
