## Title: Senior Administrative Officer – Health Insurance Agency
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our expanding team at a leading health insurance agency. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and supporting key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize and maintain filing systems for important and confidential company documents
- Respond to queries from employees and clients
- Update office policies as required
- Maintain company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book and coordinate meetings
- Distribute and store correspondence (letters, emails, packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule and organize in-house events
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an administrative position
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- MBA or relevant Master's degree (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving attitude
