## Title: Senior Administrative Officer – Health Insurance Agency

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our expanding team at a leading health insurance agency. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and supporting key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for important and confidential company documents
  • Respond to queries from employees and clients
  • Update office policies as required
  • Maintain company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book and coordinate meetings
  • Distribute and store correspondence (letters, emails, packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule and organize in-house events

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an administrative position
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • MBA or relevant Master's degree (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving attitude
