Senior Account & Finance Personnel

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Account & Finance Personnel to support, develop, and retain key client relationships while driving business growth and contributing to our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of services and products
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
• Support senior management in developing client engagement strategies
• Address client queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed
• Foster teamwork and contribute to a customer-centric culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (ACA, ICAN, or equivalent) – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and business data
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
