Opportunity
As a Senior Account Associate, you will:
- Support Revenue Growth: Work closely with sales teams to drive account acquisition and revenue delivery.
- Manage Key Accounts: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and partners.
- Lead Client Onboarding: Oversee onboarding, account setup, and activation processes.
- Sales Enablement: Support deal structuring, documentation, and follow-through to closure.
- Coordinate Internally: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Track Performance: Monitor account performance, usage, and sales metrics, and report accordingly.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced Professional: 3–5 years’ experience in account management, sales support, or business development.
- Sales-Oriented: Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue targets.
- Client-Focused: Proven ability to manage relationships and deliver value to clients.
- Detail-Driven: Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Based in Abuja or Lagos: Available for in-person work and familiar with local markets.
