About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Security Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in a reputable private security company, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Seasoned industrial security practitioner with sound knowledge of security operations, personnel supervision, and client relations
• Relevant professional security certifications (such as CPP, PSP, CPO, or equivalent) – strongly advantageous
• Ex-service personnel from the Nigerian Armed Forces, Nigerian Police Force, or Para-military organizations – added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
