## Title: Security Manager

About the Role

Fort Knox Group invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Security Manager, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Country Security and Administration Director in developing and implementing security policies and plans to ensure personal safety across projects
  • Oversee daily operations and conduct of expatriate staff to ensure adherence to security systems, procedures, and facilities
  • Enhance and maintain security systems, procedures, and facilities in coordination with the Country Security & Administration Director
  • Conduct site security audits to prevent incidents and identify vulnerabilities
  • Ensure compliance with all fiscal and legal requirements and that corporate policies are understood and implemented
  • Monitor and enforce personal safety, fire safety, and industrial hygiene standards in accordance with organizational health & safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security-related leadership roles
  • Proficiency in English
  • Native Chinese speaker
  • Proficiency in map reading and terrain assessments
  • Ability to transcribe location data into maps, planning tools, and briefings

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 net per annum
