## Title: Security Manager
About the Role
Fort Knox Group invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Security Manager, based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Country Security and Administration Director in developing and implementing security policies and plans to ensure personal safety across projects
- Oversee daily operations and conduct of expatriate staff to ensure adherence to security systems, procedures, and facilities
- Enhance and maintain security systems, procedures, and facilities in coordination with the Country Security & Administration Director
- Conduct site security audits to prevent incidents and identify vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with all fiscal and legal requirements and that corporate policies are understood and implemented
- Monitor and enforce personal safety, fire safety, and industrial hygiene standards in accordance with organizational health & safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security-related leadership roles
- Proficiency in English
- Native Chinese speaker
- Proficiency in map reading and terrain assessments
- Ability to transcribe location data into maps, planning tools, and briefings
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 net per annum
