About the Role

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of lives, property, and premises. The ideal candidate will monitor activities within the facility, prevent unauthorized access, and respond promptly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and illegal activities
• Control access to the premises by checking identification and granting entry to authorized persons only
• Conduct routine security checks on buildings, equipment, and surroundings
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards immediately
• Respond to emergencies such as fire outbreaks, disturbances, or medical incidents
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times
• Provide assistance and directions to visitors when necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a security guard or in a related role (advantageous)
• Physically fit and alert
• Good observation and communication skills
• Ability to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Honest, disciplined, and reliable
• Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency response
