Sectoral Account Management Officers (SAMOs)

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking technology and operations company, is seeking competent and reliable Sectoral Account Management Officers (SAMOs) for roles based in Lafia, Karu, and Keffi in Nasarawa State.

This is an exciting opportunity for intelligent, driven, and versatile professionals with a strong blend of marketing, business development, and operational management skills to play a strategic role in supporting the organization's initiatives within Nasarawa State.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Zonal Account Management Officers (ZAMOs) within your designated area
• Ensure ZAMOs consistently meet assigned daily targets
• Track and report the progress of assigned sectors to the Head Office
• Oversee data management activities including data collection, collation, and reporting from ZAMOs
• Submit regular reports to the Central Reporting Team at the Head Office
• Collaborate closely with ZAMOs to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives
• Support the Programme Team in achieving overall operational targets
• Provide ancillary support services to both the Programme Team and the Head Office

Required Competencies & Skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools
• Familiarity with Lafia, Keffi, and/or Karu in Nasarawa State
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening and clear interpretation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent time management and goal-oriented mindset

Location Requirements

• Must be currently residing in or in very close proximity to Lafia, Karu, or Keffi in Nasarawa State

Education Requirements

• Minimum of HND (Higher National Diploma)
• A first degree from a recognized tertiary institution is an added advantage
• Prior field or research experience is also an added advantage
