Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our Secondary School faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching the Cambridge curriculum and proven experience in preparing students for IGCSE Mathematics examinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge Secondary and IGCSE curriculum
- Prepare students thoroughly for internal assessments and external IGCSE examinations
- Design engaging lesson plans and differentiated learning activities to meet diverse student needs
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes
- Assess, record, and report student progress in line with school and Cambridge assessment standards
- Provide academic mentoring and support to students preparing for IGCSE exams
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and whole-school activities
- Uphold high standards of classroom management, discipline, and student motivation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in the Cambridge curriculum
- Demonstrated success in preparing students for IGCSE/WAEC Mathematics examinations
- Strong knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and use of ICT in the classroom
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A passion for student learning, academic excellence, and continuous professional growth
