Job Summary

An established company is recruiting a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery within project teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and driving continuous improvement across development processes. The role requires coordination, leadership, and effective stakeholder management to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure continuous delivery of value
• Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.)
• Coach team members on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
• Coordinate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management
• Ensure delivery of user stories within scope, quality, and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
