An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - Solynta Academy is seeking ahighly experienced and tech-savvy educator to lead our AI-powered online school. In this role, you will provide live supervision for a virtual classroom, ensuring students stay motivated, focused, and academically supported. Core Responsibilities - Live Virtual Supervision: Be present and attentive throughout the school day (7:40 am – 2:15 pm) to guide students through their schedule. No teaching. This is handled by our AI platform. - Academic Guidance: Offer explanations and clarifications when pupils are stuck on the AI-powered learning platform. - Social Development: Actively encourage engagement, collaboration, and social development to help students foster friendships in the virtual environment. - Classroom Leadership: Lead the Interactive Morning Assembly and the After-Lessons Wrap-Up to set a positive tone and reflect on daily progress. - Progress Tracking: Monitor student engagement and provide parents with weekly updates on learning progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Candidate Requirements - Experienced Teacher: Must be an experienced educator. - Computer Literate: Highly proficient in using digital tools and video conferencing software for remote instruction. - Remote Teaching Expertise: Preferably has specific experience teaching children in a remote or virtual setting. - Behavior Management: Skilled at maintaining a calm, encouraging, and structured virtual environment. Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: 80,000 NGN per month. - Performance Bonus: Up to 70,000 NGN per month based on performance metrics such as engagement and reporting. - Remote and Innovative Model: Supervise and guide. No lesson delivery.
