• Degree in Nursing or relevant nursing qualification
• Experience in clinical work as a nurse
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and computer literacy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to empathize with and relate to children
• Kind and compassionate approach to working with young people
