Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Oversee daily activities, facilities, grounds, and support staff, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment. - Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, revenue collection, procurement, and asset management. - Human Resources: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teachers and support staff; manage HR functions like benefits and resourcing. - Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce school policies, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and institutional regulations. - Student & Staff Support: Manage student records, admissions, progression, and attendance; provide guidance and support to teachers. - Communication & Liaison: Act as a link between staff, students, parents, governing bodies, and the community. - Strategic Planning: Contribute to the school's vision, develop educational programs, and lead improvement initiatives. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-15 years experience. - Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with administrative software and data management. - Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. - Deep understanding of educational best practices and regulations.
