Scaffolders

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: Scaffolders erect and dismantle temporary metal scaffolding structures to provide access platforms for other workers. Key Responsibilities: - Unload scaffolding materials and prepare the base. - Fix uprights (standards), horizontals (ledgers), and diagonals (braces). - Lay decking/planking and install toe-boards and guard rails. - Dismantle scaffolding safely after use. - Maintain safety harness tie-off at all times. Required Qualifications: - SSCE/WAEC. - Trade Test I, II, III. Professional Certifications & Licenses - Basic Scaffolding Training (CITB/CISRS Part 1 desirable). Experience: Requirements - Minimum 2-3 years experience. Technical Skills & Competencies - Safe manual handling techniques. - Teamwork. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Speed and safety of erection. Working Conditions - Heights, exposed to weather. Physical Requirements - Balance, agility, and strength.
