Savings Mobilization Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - Actively market and promote the company’s savings products to individuals and businesses. - Identify, approach, and onboard new customers to open and maintain savings accounts. - Educate customers on the benefits and features of available savings plans. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly savings mobilization targets. - Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business. - Provide regular reports on customer acquisition, deposits, and market feedback. - Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management. - Participate in field marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
