Salon / Business Manager

Role Overview - We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Manager to oversee daily salon operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences. - The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, customer management experience, and the ability to manage staff and operations efficiently in a fastpaced beauty business. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business - Drive sales, upselling hair products and services to meet monthly revenue targets - Manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction - Supervise salon staff, manage schedules, attendance, and performance - Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain brand standards at all times - Track sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare basic reports - Manage inventory of hair products, tools, and supplies - Implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Requirements: & Qualifications - Proven experience in sales and customer management (beauty, retail, or service industry preferred) - Previous experience managing a salon, retail store, or similar business is an advantage - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Basic knowledge of sales tracking and reporting - Must be reliable, organized, and customer-focused.
