## Title: Sales Team Lead

Position Overview

QoreID is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our expanding team. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets, identifying new sales sector prospects, conducting sales pitches, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and excellent leadership skills with several years of prior sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of QoreID products and services
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs and selling opportunities
  • Analyse internal and external data (e.g., market sizing, competitive pricing) using tools such as Excel to generate insights for targeted sectors
  • Gather market and customer intelligence and provide feedback on buying trends
  • Ensure the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Drive new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and email outreach
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of weekly sales activities for review by the Sales Manager or Director of Sales/Marketing
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
  • Support negotiations, deal closures, and resolution of objections or complaints
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
  • Evaluate and adjust sales performance and recommend processes to the Manager, Growth that will drive sales
  • Escalate critical customer issues appropriately
